The Cool and Crazy, Cereal Killer Café

Located in Shoreditch, London, this café serves branded breakfast cereal all day. Founded in 2014 by identical twins Alan and Gary Keery, this place will surely help with your hangover. Unlike regular English cafes, this one can see to your early morning sugar cravings. Even if you don’t have a hangover, this café is perfect when your stressed out, worrying about deadlines and assignments. What else could cheer you up apart from a bowl of cereal. 

Other locations include Camden and Birmingham, so if you go to university in London and Birmingham this place should be on your wish list. But I’m sure you’re asking, what’s so great about a café that serves cereal? This café is themed which means it’s an instagramable location. Your likes will be in the hundreds! With Beds that you can physically sit on, I don’t know a better café. All you have to do is bring your laptop and slippers then you’re set for the day. 

The Cereal Killer Café has over 50 branded cereal’s that you can mix and match with selected toppings. Classic cereals such as Cheerios, Shreddies, Crunchy Nut and Cornflakes are all behind the bar along with some other popular brands. You can get fudge, strawberries, marshmallows and caramel bites as your toppings if you enjoy some extra sweetness. 

This café has pre-picked cereal with toppings, so if you can’t decide what to get, try the ‘Killer Cereals’ menu. Prices are roughly around £2.50 to £8.50 but that only depends on the cereal and toppings you pick. If you have a sweet tooth, you can add ice cream to your bowl. Now on to the milk. There are eight different flavours of milk you can have with your cereal from strawberry, bubble-gum, banana and salted caramel to white chocolate. 

Vegans don't panic! Cereal Café has a whole vegan menu with the same flavours and even better toppings. There is also a savoury food section where you can indulge in some tater tots and bran fries. As for beverages, they serve tea, coffee, iced coffee and soft drinks. Dairy-free kinds of milk are available at this café. 

Cereal Killer is not a bank robber, and that’s why I suggest you visit this café. With a fun atmosphere for such a cheap and cheerful price, it would be a shame to not go at least once. This place will definitely brighten up your day before or after your lectures.
